10 a.m.-4 p.m. Learn how ancient people made and used tools and weapons. See these items being made. Learn what needs made these skills necessary and how these sames skills apply in many places today. Take home a souvenir and much new knowledge. Also explore the Etowah Archaeological Museum, three earthen mounds and the village site along the Etowah River. Regular admission charged.

Directions
I-75 Exit 288, go west 2.5 miles to downtown Cartersville. Cross railroad, continue on GA 113, then follow signs to Etowah Mounds. Total trip from I-75 is approximately 5.5 miles.

Museum Admission: $5 adults, $4.50 senior citizens, $3.50 ages 6-18.
