When renting event space at the Clarence Brown Conference Center, the following on-site amenities will assist in making your event planning easy. The Clarence Brown Conference Center is equipped with WiFi and wired Internet.
Your presenters will can choose from wired podium microphones, as well as hand-held wireless mics and lapel mics. Capturing visual attention is made easy throughout the conference center with large LCD screens in the lobby area for custom recognition of key players in your event, and digital split screen signage in all corridors.
The Executive Boardroom supports executive level meetings in a high-tech, secure environment. Offering videoconferencing over IP, the room seats 20 at the executive board table with data and electrical outlets, while 10 additional seats are accommodate briefings for up to 30 people.
All classrooms are equipped with laptop controlled Smart Board Projection Systems ideal for training and development presentations. Ergonomic seating will ensure that your guests are comfortable and attentive during your forum.
The center's portable stage is available for rent in 4x8' sections with a maximum presentation of 16'x48' which is ideal for political forums, concerts, pageants and more.
Dance the night away on our dance floors - both 20'x20' and 40'x40' are available for rent. Portable bars may also be reserved with your event.
Both 60" and 72" rounds, and six-foot and eight-foot tables are available for banquet settings, complete with linens, china, stemware and flatware. Pick your coordinating colors and rent these items in-house for a great savings. Additional amenities include highboys (ideal for receptions and corporate breaks), serpentine tables, and fill-and-chill tables.
Outside, events in the Bartow Amphitheater may make use of the on-site portable digital sound system (available for an additional fee).
